Teaching and Experience

Rachel currently teaches writing in Cincinnati. Throughout her career, she has taught at the high school, collegiate, and adult levels through in-person and online classrooms. She is interested in making writing pedagogy accessible, personal, relevant, and fun to students for whatever their writing intentions may be.

Rachel’s previous digital learning resources and scholarship from The Real+Good Writer’s Curriculum are no longer being updated or monitored at this time. These include The Plan Your Novel Workbook (2018), The Write Life Planner (2017), The Writer’s DNA Class (2016), and The Write Brain Formula Class (2016). However, all blog posts are available for writers to access in The Archive of The Real+Good Writer’s Blog (2016-2018).

Rachel’s other literary experiences include work in editorial and readership roles in literary magazines, newspapers, a literary agency, workshop facilitation, and community outreach.
